Welcome to Lane 4 Track Club (L4TC)!

We are thrilled to have you and your athlete(s) join us as we work together to help them maximize their potential. Participation in L4TC requires dedication and effort from both parents/guardians and athletes, but we are committed to making this a rewarding experience for everyone involved.

Upon deciding to join our club, please ensure you complete the initial registration form for each participating athlete. This packet includes:

  • Policy Statement
  • Medical Information Request
  • Waiver
  • Codes of Conduct

Important: All registration forms must be submitted by the third day of training for safety and liability reasons. Additionally, all new athletes must provide a legible copy of their birth certificate along with their USATF number.

  1. Respect Training: Allow each athlete to train without distractions.
  2. No Coaching: Parents/guardians are not permitted to coach during Lane 4’s training sessions.
  3. Volunteer: Assist with team activities such as fundraisers, marketing, meets, and athlete care/coordination.
  4. Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that all fees are non-refundable.
  1. Academic Standards: Maintain high academic performance.
  2. Respect Authority: Show respect to all coaches, officials, and adults in authority.
  3. Respect Teammates: Respect all teammates and their property, including on social media.
  4. Positive Attitude: Keep a positive attitude in all situations.
  5. Appropriate Attire: No midriffs or inappropriate clothing during training.
  6. Uniforms: Lane 4 uniforms must be worn during all AAU/USATF competitions. This is mandatory for all relay teams.

The following behaviors will be referred to the coaching staff and may result in immediate dismissal from the program:

  1. Fighting or physical harassment.
  2. Possession of any kind of weapon.
  3. Threats or intimidation towards a coach, official, or teammate, including on social media.
  4. Possession of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs.
  5. Suspension or expulsion from school.

Athletes may compete at higher levels within AAU and USATF organizations, which often requires travel. Fundraising will be crucial to our team’s success in supporting these opportunities. As L4TC is a non-profit organization, we will be seeking various funding sources. Your ideas, time, and participation are vital. Please stay tuned for more details on how you can help.

Thank you for being a part of Lane 4 Track Club. We look forward to an exciting and successful season together!

Sincerely,

L4TC Staff
