Our program is meticulously designed to elevate the innate talents of our athletes and guide them towards achieving elite status. We achieve this by conditioning athletes through four distinct phases (cycles) of training. In addition to athletic development, we emphasize the importance of academics to prepare athletes for scholarship opportunities.

Our coaches hold Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from the United States Track & Field (USATF) and are committed to continuous education through ongoing training and certifications. Lane 4 Track Club is proud to be a member of both the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) and USATF, which positions us to offer our athletes the best opportunities for competition and growth.

We train year-round and travel across the USA to attend meets that provide the highest level of exposure and experience for our athletes.

  • Annual Registration: Begins in October and is available through April 15th.
  • Indoor Season: Meets take place from late December through February.
  • Outdoor Season: Meets run from March through early July.
  • Training Schedule: Begins in September/October and concludes at the end of June (or July for outdoor national qualifiers).

Lane 4 Track Club offers four levels of membership, all of which are renewed annually:

  2. Outdoor Only or Indoor Only Membership: Choose either the outdoor or indoor season.
  3. Associate Membership: Train with the team, but without competition participation.
  4. Returning Member: For athletes rejoining the club.
